            Decideware is thrilled to announce the addition of Kimberly Pardo to its staff as Solutions Consultant. With over 20 years of experience in marketing procurement, marketing technology, and agency roster and relationship management, Pardo is a subject matter expert who will serve as a voice of the client inside the Decideware organization. 

Pardo has a proven track record of developing global teams in the areas of Marketing, IT, Finance, Agency Management, and Procurement. She was imperative to the global, multi-module Decideware deployment at Ford Motor Company over the last decade, leading to organization-wide re-imagination of process and effectiveness. Pardo’s entrepreneurial way of thinking helped guide her organizations approach to agency management – and the management of the tools they used to get there.  

At Decideware, Pardo will guide the direction of Decideware software and services, enhance organizational expertise, and serve as a client advocate. Her passion for developing relationships, listening, and empathy will be key to maximizing the value clients realize from the Decideware platform, services, and analytics.  

The addition of Kim Pardo is the latest element of the on-going evolution of the Decideware approach.
