This year, Decideware's Richard Benyon will join Diane Gibbons, Director, Global Procurement at Pfizer where they will speak about how to use spend budget data and business analytics to better manage the relationship between clients and their agencies. They will detail the steps that Pfizer took to standardize the operational and workflow elements of their Scope of Work program, and how this created a foundation of data that has allowed them to have more strategic conversations with their marketing and agency stakeholders, and make better investment decisions with their creative, digital and other marketing agency spend.
Diane first joined Pfizer in 1998 as a Financial Systems Support Analyst.  Since then she has held various roles within Marketing Operations & Procurement where she has been responsible for developing systems, processes, procedures and procurement strategies to support the Marketing Organization in maximizing the utilization and allocation of spend. 
Richard recently led a joint survey with the ANA to discover how marketers use data to manage client/agency relationships.
The survey revealed that "more than 80 percent of advertisers currently use data to help them manage agency relationships and they expect the use of such data will grow because of the overwhelmingly positive results they have achieved, especially in the area of managing media budgets, according to a new survey from the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) and Decideware."
