It has become tradition for the ANA Advertising Financial Committee and the WFA Sourcing Forum to hold annual back-to-back meetings where members of both organizations are invited and encouraged to participate in both meetings.
On Tuesday, December 6th, Richard Benyon will present "Managing Agency Relationships Using Data". Increasingly, marketers are using data to manage their agency relationships. Data is used to help better manage agency time/fees, creative, media, production, billing/budgets, and other aspects of agency relationships. A marketer's use of data for managing agency relationships helps improve agency efficiencies, internal efficiencies at the client, and contributes to a better overall agency/client relationship. Richard will share the detailed results of a new ANA survey, in partnership with Decideware, on using data to manage agency relationships.
On Wednesday, December 7th, Steven Wales will present the results of a joint survey with the WFA regarding "Managing Agency Evaluations". This survey explored the agency evaluation process including who manages agency evaluations, how often they are run, how they are structured, and what stakeholders are included in the process. The survey also sought to understand how agency evaluation survey data is collected, results are analyzed, shared and action planning is incorporated.
